Do you offer Dedicated and co-locate servers?

Do you offer adult web hosting and dial up?

No. Adult web sites take up a lot of bandwidth. There are legal issues that prevent us offering adult hosting. By focusing on web hosting alone we are able to provide faster connections to our clients.

How can I check if my domain is available?
You can check your domain availability using the tool provided to the left. If that does not work, use the tool located here.

Do you also support international (foreign) domains?

How do I register my domain?
We can help you register your domain. To do so, please go to our domain registration page.

After registration, when will my domain be available for my use?
Within 24 hours domain will be live. This process is controlled by Verisign, Inc. (formerly InterNIC and Network Solutions, Inc.) and not us.

What is domain parking? And when do I need it?
If you want to reserve the domain in your name (so no one else will take it) you will need to register it. If your web site is not quite ready then you will need to park it on our nameserver first. Domain parking is FREE for regular domain. For foreign domains, there is an additional cost to park.

Can I transfer a domain from my competitor? Do you offer any incentives?
Yes. We will take additional $30.00 off your purchases for a limited time only.

Billing FAQ

How often will I receive an invoice?

The billing cycle is quarterly or annually. With annual billing there is substantial saving. You pay for 11 months and get one FREE month and also we waive the set up fee. For example: Platinum Quarterly: $87.00 (($29.00/month x 3 months) plus $50.00 set up = $137.00

Platinum Annual: $319.00 (($29.00/month x 11 months)

When do I need to pay you?

All accounts (whether quarterly or annually) are required to be paid upfront.

What form of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, American Express, Discover and Master card. We also accept checks and money orders written in USD.

Do you accept wire transfer?
Yes, we are set up to accept wire transfer. There is an additional fee of $15.00 that our bank charges us.

Once my account comes up for renewal do you automatically charge my credit card if this is how paid for my account previously?
When you sign up with us as a customer you sign a contract authorizing us to charge your credit card. It is stated in that contract that at renewal of your account we will use the same method of receiving payment from you unless you tell us otherwise.

Is there an additional charge if I request statements of my account?
We send out monthly statements. Should you require at a time other than end of month just let our accounting department know by emailing Please state your domain and company name in the e-mail.
